3. Payments & Billing
All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms. Advance payments may be required before campaign initiation. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Campaign Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver optimal results, Quadravision does not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, conversions, or sales. Performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, and external factors.
5. Third-Party Platforms & Media
Quadravision works with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, newspapers, radio channels). We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes imposed by these platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
All creative assets developed by Quadravision remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership may be transferred as per agreed terms.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Once a campaign is approved and executed, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of execution and third-party commitments.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quadravision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
10. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
